The Most Unique Cabin

The Owl Barn is not your average cabin in the Smokies. We love bears as much as
anyone but decided to show our love of owls throughout our cabin. Lots of owls
decorate the whole house, bringing loads of enjoyment to young and old. (Those young
ones try to count all the owls. I think it’s impossible!) If you don’t love owls before you
arrive, you’ll love them when you leave
Our 2400 sq/ft cabin sleeps eight, with three large bedrooms with two luxurious full
bathrooms plus a half bath decked out as an outhouse. We have a gas fireplace in the
living room, game room, big kitchen with coffee bar and WIFI throughout. And our huge
deck and patio is the perfect place to enjoy the mountain and valley views, soak in the
hot tub and enjoy the firepit. The Owl Barn is very private yet an easy drive to the
attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The Owl Barn is perfect for a get-away with friends and a great place for families to
meet. We have a baby bed, highchair, booster seat, linens and baby gates plus loads of
children’s books, toys and games for your owlets. And what about your dogs? We
understand how much y’all love your dogs. So we are happy to have one or two wellbehaved dogs stay with you at The Owl Barn.

We rented the Owl Barn for our family's Christmas vacation at Pigeon Forge. It was the first time we decided to use Airbnb and I'm super glad that we picked Shane's place as our first. Everything in the house was exactly as described but I have to say that the pictures on the website don't do justice to this place. The house is not too far from all the attractions that PF has to offer but manages to give you the feeling of being secluded from the crowds. The views are unparalleled and the amenities at the house make you question if you ever want to leave.
Shane was also very communicative and answered all of our questions very promptly while offering personal recommendations on what to do during our trip.
We can't wait to go back. 5 stars all around.
We are frequent airbnbers always looking for a unique stay. The owl cabin is by far the most unique place we have ever stayed. There is so much thought put into every part of the owl barn. There was not a single time that I thought “this could be better if…” everything was perfect we felt so welcomed! Thank you so much for opening your little slice of heaven to us! We think we have found a new place for our annual Christmas trip! Perfect location! The bathrooms really sealed the deal for us! They are absolute perfection!

Such a beautiful, peaceful and private place. Very clean and convenient to all attractions. Host was very communicative and the recommendations were helpful. It was the perfect place to accommodate a large family and was kid proof for a two year old with the baby gates.

Chief for a fire department in East Tennessee. We are most happy in the mountains
or at the beach. And we love attending music festivals. My wife and mother share
